Young talent management in China is a fascinating and complex business challenge:


  • How do organizations attract and assess the right talent?
  • How do they develop it in an engaging manner that still corresponds with their business needs?
  • What are the expectations of young professionals in China?


In a joint research at Hidden Champion in collaboration with Tongji University and the Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone we questioned GMs and HR directors / managers in Shanghai and Yangtze River delta areas to shed some light on the above questions.
